Kingdom Out of Control

You are the kingdom's combat advisor. This king's rule has gone on for far too long. Having made a secret deal with enemy forces it is now your mission to lose the war! Prevent your units from controlling the central point.

Controls:

W - Move camera up

S - Move camera down

A - Select left card

D - Select Right Card

Click - Build a wall (if a tile is valid, ie not right in front of spawns and not on the point), requires 8 money. Walls despawn after about 60 seconds.

Your pieces move autonomously , but you do have some say in which troop to send forth. Select one of the two troops presented to you every opportunity. 

With money earned from defeating opponents, you can build walls to "create cover" for your troops.. or lead them to doom!

Piece types:

Pawns: The weakest unit, but can break through placed walls.

Bishop: Good at maneuvering around walls and has medium stats.

Rooks: The strongest unit, but moves slowly and has trouble traversing complicated terrain.

Unfortunately I was unable to get sound in on time, and some game variables are balanced poorly. Art is mine except for the walls/gate sprite, as well as the UI sprite. Credit to this user on opengameart for the walls. https://opengameart.org/content/top-down-rpg-mockup-scene
